Kathleen's Peggy's Buffalo Chicken Bites


  • 1 Cup Peggy’s Wing Sauce – Hot, Medium or Mild
  • 1 Lb of chicken tenders cut into 1” cubes
  • 2 Cups of Cornmeal
  • 1/3 Cup of olive Oil


  • Heat up oil in a skillet.
    Rinse off your raw chicken bites. Roll the chicken pieces into the cornmeal.
    Cook the chicken in the oil until cooked through, about 4 minutes on each side, they will be brown.
    Drain off excess oil onto a paper towel.
    Toss the cooked chicken in a bowl with the Peggy's Wing Sauce. You can serve this with a side of Ranch Dressing or Blue Cheese dressing for dipping.
