Kathleen's Peggy's Sweet Heat Cucumber Vinigrette

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar [or white vinegar]
  • 2 TBSP Peggy’s Sweet Heat
  • 1 cup of chopped cucumber, peeled
  • 2 fresh basil leaves
  • 3 stalks of green onion
  • 1 TBSP Chopped Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Put everything in your food processor or blender and pulse.
  • Yields 8oz dressing or about 1 cup store in the fridge for 4-5 days and enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
